DEARBORN HEIGHTS, Mich. – A 31-year-old man was bound over to stand trial on sexual assault charges.

Jordan Wagner was extradited from Guam to Michigan by U.S. Marshals in August 2024 on one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to authorities, Wagner allegedly sexually assaulted a pre-teen relative during a brief visit to her home in 2012. When the attack was reported in 2020, Wagner was charged with the four felonies while he was living in Guam, but authorities said it was too expensive to extradite him.

After Operation Survivor Justice received a $1 million state appropriation last year to fund extraditions, Wagner was returned to Michigan.

A judge bound Wagner over to stand trial Wednesday, April 16, on the four criminal sexual conduct charges. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 23.
